Bought an Archon Type B about six months ago. Eats every type/weight of ammo I put through it. Super flat and accurate. I have replaced all my other guns with the Archon. I look forward to purchasing the five inch as I am on a shooting team with fellas shooting the CZ's and they are a step ahead of me as they are shooting five inch with bull barrels. I hope the longer Archon is gonna put me in the running with the big boys. I have a host of other pistols and have shot all of them as a former SWAT guy and firearms instructor so I know a little about the need for fast, accurate and reliable. I carry the Archon every day.

This is a great video! Most of us take pride in hitting the 9 and x-ring... at the range, with no distractions or disabilities. Showing these issues that could happen during a fight (gun, blade, fists and more) shows there is SO much more that just sending rounds downrange. Jumping around, getting squirted with blood, gun jams, heat and sharp rocks... you never find those things at the range. Now just add a LOUD K9, a hoochy-momma to yell and scream, and maybe a buddy to toss occasional water balloons for fun - see how THAT works out. And here's an angle that NO ONE is covering. Medically retired, partially disabled, physically poor condition - but I STILL NEED to train. I can't find a course or instructor that has the time or energy to develop classes for "us" - the retired and aging LEOs that still want and need to protect themselves and family. There are thousands of retired LEOs at various stages of conditioning that still need the training that "the kids" need! During a recent "Defcon2" scenario I discovered I can barely move my full .50 cal ammo cans. Never had given that a thought till then. I'm now transitioning to .30 cal plastic ammo boxes - and my son loves it cuz he's gettin all my metal .50 cans. Thanks for the brain stimulation. something I don't get nearly as much of as I age. And the punks keep getting younger stronger, faster...There's a whole other market that needs help, too. Somebody? Anybody?

Hey guys! You probably already know this, but some extra info that may be rather handy for you. Facial hair can totally interfere with a mask seal. Some basic fit testing you can use to test how your seal holds up would be to shake your head vigorously and retest your seal. Undo some straps on the mask, reset them, test your seal again. Go for a jog and re test your seal. These are all a few things we do at the Fire Department to make sure our SCBA masks are fit tested. One thing to keep in mind is if your facial hair extends past your facepiece that sits against your chin, then your seal may not be perfect. Mustaches don't interfere but beards do. Sending prayers your way. Obie

The Brand-X boys hate this gun because they claim it is a bit more expensive. The reason they really hate it is because it is a better gun that shoots better, has lower bore axis and better recoil impulse and modularity, not to mention a better out of the box trigger. Love the Archon! You guys should try out one with a threaded bbl and the new PTR Vent suppressor! Hollywood quiet with subs.

G-Code makes IWB holsters, but they dont retain as well with the lead&steel PB-3. Rain6/Iron Horse custom ACRO cut sits further back than the OEM model. Their Stage 3/Combat/Holy Grail trigger jobs are to die for. Punches way above its price point. I dont want to shoot any other striker fired pistol. The only thing that could make it better is the upcoming Steel Frame
