Thanks for your question. In short, yes. As professional musicians, some of whom have been playing on stage for decades, each musician in BACK:N:BLACK has played in multiple original groups, and many have several records out. BACK:N:BLACK is a tribute project to AC/DC, nothing more, nothing less. As for the rude comments, strange if trying to insult people you don't know makes you feel good, but you might work on your jabs (and perhaps a bit on your mastery of English) if you want them to land.

@@BACKNBLACK Lol. I'd had a few drinks when I wrote that. C'mon some of them have had babies by now surely if its the same troupe. Its been 8 years and that's what older girls do...i.e have babies. Babies are bigger than rock'n roll!! Have they been swapped out for younger puss? That's NO criticism of the current band's rock image beauty and professional musicianship. Let me finally add: I play/ed the bagpipes (Class1 and 4 Australian bands). I have personally spoken one on one with Bon Scott over the phone and was there in a special private audience backstage after a show in '76 on the Dirty Deeds Australian tour (Bon raved on and on about his motorcycle experiences) I KNOW early AC-DC and I know you girls are GOOD...far better now and MORE interesting than the remnants of the original 70s/80s band imho. LOVE so much to see you at Bonfest and all the AC-DC pizzaz...and I've got the money to go...BUT I live in Australia and can't get a visa (criminal record). If you ever come to Australia I will show up...and more.

@@Lars.H.Pedersen When I started this band 14 years ago, many told us we couldn't play because we were girls. Personally, I got excluded from many events and was not invited to participate because "the guys" were the "real deal". Personally, I though t that was weak and pathetic--and mostly motivated by fear and jealousy. So I started BACK:N:BLACK. And yes, at our core, we are an all-girl band. If you've been to our concerts, you'd know that we have proven ourselves countless times on stage. We don't need to prove anything anymore. And I won't go around excluding people because they don't have the right stuff between their legs-even if it was done to us first. For this show, my good friend and excellent guitarist Dave covered for Silvia when she couldn't make the show. She plays nearly every day and is based in Italy. I won't bring in someone who isn't good just because s/he has something to gawk at. So enter Dave. And Joe is the best drummer I know who can play AC/DC. If you have been to our shows, you'd know we talk about this directly. Tiddy shows are all over the internet, and you can get 'em for free. But we have always been about doing our best to play the hell out music of one our favorite bands and rock out with our friends live. What we do isn't for everyone, and there are always those who just want to see free legs on the internet and don't care about music. To each his or her own! We're just here to rock! BB🔥
