Amazing this. All my family are from Dingle House. I was born in 83, so remember a Little bit of it. Absolutely blows my mind seeing the Dingle like this. What a community that was. They all came together and formed The first housing co-operative in Europe. Buying up land and building new homes for themselves. Sadly a community would never come together like that now. Plantation isn't the only block still standing, Rupert row and Brereton Close, Castlefields still standing.

Wow, that brings back some memories. I am a Dingle lad myself, grew up in Caryl Gardens. I'm 65 now and they were the happiest days of my life. The people were the best you could ever meet 🙏🙏💖💖

I am from the dingle I was born in 1992 so I vaguely remember some of it but it has changed a lot over the years. Lots of new houses have been built all the old flat have been took down

They make it look run down and scruffy but I tell u people back them were brilliant you knew your neibours everyone of them all over the area and it was smiles all round
