The location is an elephant orphanage. there are few stubborn elephants here. to control them they are using that kind of thing. those people are taking care of all the elephants. @@coolnaturesl Thank you so much for the explanation. It looks alot like The Elephant Nature Park, but slightly different. Lek explained that sometimes the elephants have had chains or bells on them for so long that they have to do the process from captivity to "freedom" very slowly so not to stress the elephants out too much and that there is actually a special bell removal ceremony for those elephants who've worn bells for years. Yes, some ehelphase has no leg. someone parents had lost when they were in childhood. so if there released to the jungle they will not survive it self. they are growing with people. Dealing with these giants is not easy. there are two main purposes of these chains. 1. It works as a bell with smooth sound than a bell. 2. it can not go faster with those chains.

There are lots of elephants which is not well. some elephants can't walk properly. some one has no leg. some are not obedient . so those elephans chained. otherwise peoples can not treat them.
