The default setting are ass so i suggest turning off inverted pitch. Switch yaw inputs to your mouse and your roll inputs to A and D. This should make it easier to fly but you still gonna need alot of practice.

@ I have DCS for something realistic. Why should a vehicle get auto repair and unlimited rockets and infantry gets only 3 rockets with horrible reload times? Leads to helos flying outside the range of the stinger or off the ground players map. Delta I hope has a better infantry system to combat vehicles. I have not played it but this footage looks disappointing. I’m ok with bf style repairs and medics mechanics. Helos that are their own engineer, support and don’t crash on contact with structure is an issue. That is sad. Just like I don’t want to see some infantry that has a railgun or fpv drone that 1 shots all tanks.

Thats a easy task for APACHE to deal with AA of enemy team

A DF Apache that's up against an AA won't last a single pass. Very different to BF, Apaches need to stay well away. Just my take.

I think the only option that Apache pilots have is using the anti-air missiles. Even so it takes a little bit to unlock them. The night bird still has flares and is extremely maneuverable, and can basically cross map you. Last night I was just beaming Apache pilots they couldn't even get close enough to me to lock.

Nothing can really take out vehicles in the game. You cant solo them.

U have AA vehicles and AA cannons around the map but the people dont want to use them

After 3 weeks playing, your best fight against helicopters are tanks. 1 single round will obliterate both helis, and considering their handlings are awful, you'll ecounter them very close to you or stationary many times. Fixed AA? Useless. Nerf bullets against infantry, need precise hits on helis (theres no proximity fuzes or anything, its not like its 2040), overheats stupidly fast and theyre placed on horrible spots most of the time Mobile AA? Kinda good. I recommend 30mm autocannon so its plausible against light vehicles aswell. But youre never shooting a heli by missiles alone. Stingers? Bad. You'll be the only one in the team using it, and helis all have flares.

I'm wondering that too, it looks really sensitive to fly, definitely harder. I have seen other youtubers try to fly and they find it very difficult

Overall doesnt feel as smooth as 2042. Rifle aim works but the roll sens is instanely high and you cant adjust it. Zoom aim cooef feels wonky but thats probs bc its dif system. Miniguns you realllly have to be accurate hitbox is not forgiving. Overall flying felt VERY floaty. The accend and decend is way dif than 2042 it doesnt carry momentum as much and is much mich slower than 2042

Physics are weird, aiming feels more difficult with these physics, overall everything should be tolerable for a long-time pilot. I may do a rambling vid on DF current balance if I have enough time.
