This "rudeness" does not compare to the rude, intimidating and unprofessional treatment I got from a male in a manager's position at a T-Mobile store at a mall. He was over the top rude and unsympathetic to my situation. I ultimately just dealt with Customer Care to resolve my issue but Customer Care recommended that I try to get my phone problem resolved at the store from which I purchased it. That dude was a demon and at some point I heard him refer to me as stupid. I had to report this because this is totally unacceptable behavior, and I was not rude at all. I was the rational person and I should have been treated professionally as the guest that I was in that store. I think the guy may have been bi-sexual and misogynistic, so they have issues to begin with.
