Fuck is the point of turning off the comments - the 3L Zeus video is complete pointless all you have too do is flip the rubber seal on the inside of the lid and it seals water tight again.

I just took a piece of fine sandpaper and scuffed the contact and the inside of the bulb holder. And on the wire plug side. I squeezed the contacts to make sure for a good snug connection. Scuffed Just enough to remove the corrosion yanno? Also I stretched the spring under that contact plunger (that's what I call it) to make sure it pressed against the bottom of the bulb.

It's the same just like the other gauges. Same bulbs or LEDs. The only one that is different is the Pyrometer. It uses a different bulb but it's easier to change👍🏾 I think it's the BA9 or BA9S bulb. I like the Yoosen brand from Amazon.

I don’t know why they use these “Under the floor” air brake valve systems All of our Flat nose transit busses from International had them and I’m not a fan. I see so many issues with these including freezing during cold weather since the valve is exposed to the outside, I see these harder to replace. Everyone should use the under the dash fire wall mounted suspended air brake valve that the International conventional school busses use and other companies. This valve is not exposed to the weather, it will never freeze, it will never see corrosion or any type of rust, all you see is the pedal itself. Very basic.

Yeah man these things act up from time to time but i think I'm gonna have to change that darn "Foot brake pedal valve" again because my brakes still hanging up. I went to Kenworth and bought a Bendix this time. They gave me a good price on it and I'll help my Mechanic put it in. But man it is a pain in the 😮 job to do!

That pin that rolls on the valve is supposed to have a rubber bushing on it which makes the pedal stand up more and gives you the full stroke of the pedal, I can't get the bushing without buying the whole pedal is my problem

@@travislaney3699 hey are you serious about this? Because my foot pedal feel like it's literally on the floor so I gotta press it hard to activate brakes. I press it about 1 inch then it gets hard. Is this the problem. Or what was your problem?

@@toushhog Yeah one of my CB brothers is name Big R. I just use BigR504 for my KZbin name but my Cb handle is Double R. If your out shoot'n skip (talking state to state and the islands and Canada) you can't be what they call ,"Handle Rustling" with a name you haven't earned or been given. So you won't hear me say Big R on the CB but you will see me use MrBigR504 for KZbin...phew, sorry for being long winded 😁✌🏾
