Agreed. I'm excited by what we have gotten. Isaac and Bamba aren't mismanaged... they were managed how they were planned to be from the beginning.... brought along slowly while their bodies catch up. They were huge swings for the fences ... and sans health situations... Isaac already seems like a gem. Bamba ... i still have tons of hope for... especially now that he has reached the size he needs to be to compete at his position and not being the same weight as some shooting guards. lol. Okeke had no impact last year because he was recovering from injury... and Anthony could play right out the gate this year. They are both players that fell in the draft... but their position does not necessarily dictate the talent level. Markelle is about to take that next step and become a higher usage player. once that happens the team will fit better... as players that were asked to have the ball in their hands will be able to settle in their roles more. Fournier... especially. and that will be for his benefit as well. Catch n Shoot... high percentage guard. Isaac's injury and Bamba's Covid situation has probably set back the plans for what the FO was envisioning... but... I think they will rock with the punches and make the right moves. GO MAGIC!

Okeke fell in the draft? I still gotta see him ball in NBA to believe that.. I'm a Magic fan so I got hope but I didn't feel like he fell. Anthony fell 4 sure. Can't wait for him to ball out. It'll just be a matter of time for him

@@rossjn9885 They have a lot of forward talent and they need their forwards to make shots. Aminu might be their best defender on the roster overall with JI out, but Clark/Ennis/Okeke should all be good there too; and they can hit shots/finish at the rim(Ennis).

I feel like we should start the season with Fournier at the three. Starting five should be MCW, Fultz, Fournier, Gordon, and Vuvevic. Next five off her bench could then be Anthony, Ross, Okeke, Aminu, and Bamba/Birch.

I’m on the trade Vooch and fornier train honestly. How are we ever going to develop our young ones? They got to play! Miami does this and in my opinion it is why they are consistently atleast respectable. San Antonio does it aswell as others. We let young guys rot on the bench until their deal is up by the time they actually are serviceable they are already disgruntled and are looking for greener pastures
@TL49ERMAGIC234 жыл бұрын
@@SaleenFocusS121 I agree with Fournier but not about Vooch. He's the only player who gives us consistent offense. I'm hoping Markelle develops and brings a positive impact on offense. I feel AG is who he's going to be. A 15-17 ppg a night player who plays great defense and brings high energy every night.
@SaleenFocusS1214 жыл бұрын
@@TL49ERMAGIC23 I agree on AG, I’m not entirely against moving on from him either. As far as vooch I have to say yes he is consistent offense but imo it’s empty numbers and his terrible interior defense really changes the tone of close games not in our favor. He has to go. I think he would be a great fit in San Antonio or even Boston
@TL49ERMAGIC234 жыл бұрын
@Mike Scott I thought about Chuma starting as well but not sure how ready he will be. Evan in the backcourt is trash on defense as I feel he's to slow and not athletic enough to guard anyone there. Being 6'7" and being able to stretch the floor is the main reason I suggested him at the three. But I agree with you, I would love to see Okeke start if he's ready or hopefully Dwayne Bacon can get some tick there at the three as well. It seems like we have alot of options with Ennis, Okeke, Bacon, and Clark but they just aren't very good to put it lightly lol. Okeke can shoot though so hopefully he comes through.

As a Sixers fan im still pissed Markelle didn't turn out to be what he could have based on everything other than his Talent. But I wish he somehow gets back to his form he had in college and get that mental block out of his head. His skill set is one of someone who can EASILY AVG 25 and 10. Guess we'll see.

I'm so confused with our roster and our teams direction. I'm excited but it seems our front office and coaching staff has a long history of mismanaging young talent and I am worried this wont work out. It doesn't feel like we have a clear direction or Identity. It was clear when we had Dwight our scheme was 1 in 4 out go for a dunk or a 3 and push the pace, previous eras all had an identity. We are just super young, seemingly super fragile, a lot of talent but no clear direction. We will see.....cautiously optimistic here!

Cole Anthony should at least become an explosive scoring/playmaking guard off the bench. He can play behind and alongside Fultz and is a great fill for DJ Augustine. Some players get overanalyzed. His talent is undeniable but trying to assess players after an injury can be a mistake. This is why players like Kyrie don't return after their injuries so they don't hurt the perception of themselves. If he had sat out after his injury and we only had those first few games to assess him he would have gone higher.

Man I wish he would’ve had a better experience at UNC. That team lost like 6 games that seems like last second lucky ass shots. They weren’t that great but just didn’t have things go their way. I hope he explodes in the NBA and becomes a center piece for the Magic.
