This is incredible! Tell me though. How’d you know that trail “went”? I’d be nervous of a difficult dead end!

We were nervous, but sometimes the desire for adventure overrides the discomfort of failure. We didn't know. How do we learn, we learn by failure.

What Boardman is this? I’ve never ridden Boardman pass or Boardman creek but I’m pretty sure there’s no big river by those two like at 3:53. Except the trailhead of Boardman creek and the South fork of Boise.
@eugrules3 ай бұрын
You got it, its that Boardman - the south fork of the boise trailhead. we crossed the bridge and rode trails on the other side. it was a 54 mile ride.
@jamesbarber61653 ай бұрын
@@eugrules oh ok! Lol. I was so confused. So you came over the pass and down the creek? That looks brutal in parts and I believe that’s the creek part that’s so bouldery. so I’ll probably avoid that and go up the road at bottom of pass and up to Smokey dome if I ride it! Thanks!
@eugrules3 ай бұрын
@@jamesbarber6165 Yes we rode over the pass, down, across the river for a while, then back up the way we came.

Yes, and left hand rear brake.
@brendenney9677 Жыл бұрын
@@eugrules Do you use the Clake as the brake or clutch?
@eugrules Жыл бұрын
@@brendenney9677 I use the Clake as clutch, and oem master as brake. I use the rear brake all the time so I like it in the easiest spot to use. I don't use the clutch as much so it can be a little less optimal. I have a friend that uses the clake as the brake, he likes that. That is the great thing about the clake, you can use on either. Another friend, the guy who rides the Husky in this video capped off his Rekluse down on the slave, and just has the oem lever controlling the rear brake. So no clutch lever - I like having a clutch lever, but it works well for him.
@brendenney9677 Жыл бұрын
@@eugrules I use mine exactly how you friend on the Husky does. I have friends that use the Clake for the brake but I was curious if I could use it as the clutch. Thank you for the clarification! I will definitely be looking at the Clake more seriously knowing it will do either.
