Yikes. There are actually some nice neighborhoods to the Northwest. As with any city, there are good areas and not so good areas, I always encourage exploring to find what works best for each person since everyone has their own opinions and or preferences. But hey, thanks for sharing yours!

In a city where everyone drives and driving is the only mode of transportation, traffic congestion is bound to be inevitable. Cities need to invest heavily in alternatives like walking, cycling and public transit. No matter how many lanes get built, traffic will only continue to get worse and worse until it becomes faster to use alternatives.

Orange Park is a great area, more Affordable than areas of Jax and had highly rated schools. I would say it might depend on where you will work, commutes can be longer from Orange Park.

Maybe an updated real estate market report? Also really like the area by the Brooklyn Apartments/First Watch/The Family YMCA right near the Riverwalk. Is that neighborhood considered downtown or Riverside? I am absolutely in love with safe walkable neighborhoods that are near water. Those apartment homes on the Riverwalk are gorgeous. Doesn’t seem like there’s allot of condo homes around there. They’re mostly rentals.

The Brooklyn area is considered Riverside, and you are correct, it’s mostly rentals. There are condos further to the west in the Riverside/Avondale area as well San Marco.

Hi! Thanks so much for watching! Nassau County is considered to have well rated schools. A resource I use and recommend is greatschools.org, and according to that site the schools in Yulee are ranked between 7-9 out of 10.

Thanks Andrea🌟 Now besides the beautiful Riverwalk and beaches, I would love 😍 to see a video of outdoor activities like tennis courts, basketball courts, volleyball courts, parks where we can walk/jog or read a book in Dubai, Clay, St. Johns, etc… Does Jacksonville have annual fairs/jazz/outdoor music festivals? It will be nice to see a video on other things to see and do in 2024 in and around the city. Thanks🌼🌸

I do have some videos on the channel about various things to do in the area, some of them are shorts, we do have a ton of outdoor activities, fairs, festivals and parks, the hard part would be narrowing them down. Thanks Andrea🌼 It sounds like owning a condo could feel like you’re a renter with all these rules and regulations 😳 Maybe you should do a follow up on the pros of owning a condo, if there’s any. 😮 For instance, will property insurance and tax cost less when you own a multi level/high rise condo home?

Property taxes are based on the value, so not really a savings there, but the insurance is usually less than a single family home. The pros really have to do with the low maintenance lifestyle, amenities and condos are usually in more walkable areas of town or at least close to all the day to day conveniences. It’s a great option for those who like to travel, and the rules are usually within reason. ☺️

Look at tampa, and look at the potential of places like charlotte, North carolina, squandered. Try to get a new NBA team in there, and you will maximally generate more retail, more restaurants, more sports like pickleball, underwater torpedo league, boxing, darts, water sports. Add some permaculture design features to development projects. Looks like a perfect lake to ride an electric paddle board or foil. What kind of sharks are in that lake? Jellyfish?

It's proven as a digital marketer. Your videos need to have good organic traffic and engagement. However, after conducting a comprehensive analysis, I noticed there is room for improvement for your KZbin channel to get more visitors and subscribers.Your videos need to be well search engine optimized (SEO) for organic traffic and engagement.. Your video views are very low Compared to your competitors' channels. so you need to do organic video promotion So, what do you think about your channel issues? The city buses are horrible had a construction job on the Southside had to use the stupid Joke To All buses to get to my destination 3 buses caught the 1st 3 operating buses and 1 week the 3 buses were a hr late 4 days I was FIRED from the job.
