The dark color bag you use in the beginning is very difficult to see seams, etc. The second sample, turquoise etc, is MUCH more clear! Please consider either using better lighting with dark fabrics or use brighter fabrics all the time!

The added benefit of having the magnets on BOTH sides of the bag is: You could make multiple changeable magnetic tab closures. 💕

No way is there enough width to feed a safety pin dragging the handle through the channel as described here. I'm about to take mine off and cut it 5". With a 1/2" seam as described here, the channel is too narrow to thread the handle through.

The pattern is Camden Bags by Aunties Two Patterns. The fabric is a Hoffman California pattern and not in production anymore. It’s called Beneath The Waves. Someone may still have some in stock. Check the web. Sorry we couldn’t be more help

I just made this adorable bag, but as a basket for my niece’s toys. The only thing I would suggest is that when putting the 2 layers of the bottom together is to secure by sewing them together. I did mine by hand but probably could be done by machine with a heavy duty needle. The fusible didn’t hold them together well enough for me. Thank you so much for your excellent tutorials for every step. I really enjoyed making it!
