I can cook three days' worth of meals in 40 minutes with clean up, literally less time spent in lines, on apps etc and save a tone of money. Plus, I don't jeopardize my long-term health and feel way better and cognitively alert as a result. The men who give you this advice are literally retarded. In the same breath Tristan Tate will tell you he used to spend hours of free time waiting out the front of KFC to scrap left overs to save money. Literally put meat in a slow cooker and rice in a rice cooker, easy as. Once you know 5-10 recipes in memory its literally effortless.
