I don't know why, but i don't have option "Close down more" for any position

In the team instruction move the trigger press instruction as low as it will go then go back to the player instruction and it will let you add an additional close down more instruction once you have done that god back and set the team instruction to what it should be

Real players mate, although may be out of date the lower leagues are created by Modders basically so might not be current squad players

in my experience with fm in the mls . Get the best starting 11 you can using foreign and designated slots then find american players who have good physical ratings for your bench your if a player is not in the starting 11 try to move them for a player getting if he has good workrate and stamina when judging a player the contract is very important you want to get rid of bad contracts asap
