Heb je wel de stekker aangesloten die normaal op de auto moet? Deze moet dan op de caravan aangesloten worden😊

Bueno a mi me paso lo mismo y era una escobilla del motor izquierdo q se había quedado cogida lo saque limpie y lo puse y sigue funcionando

Just to add the error code can be read from the main board . The red light will flash with an 8 sequence . . - - . . - -. Error 102

Ok , this is error code 102 from Truma . Either loose connection or carbon deposits on motor . A tap with a hammer may be enough . However mine was the brushes . TBH the new ones didn’t look much different to the ones I took out . But it cured the problem .

Does anyone has a answer to solve this problem? Don't now why Thule did not respond, not on thier site, not on other groeps and not here. The manual is not giving the answer. Did call them but not get an answer. My next mover will not be Truma.

Hi did you ever get to The bottom of this problem

I put new batteries in remote, caravan battery was fully charged, rollers engaged then wouldn’t rotate and remote switched off ,had to use disengaging tool,Im not good with reversing a twin axle.What is wrong?.

Mine does that sometimes, what I did is I connected the generator up charged the main battery to the caravan, and guess what!! it worked. make sure your main battery is FULLY CHARGED. Or you should be able to connect your remote while you're caravan is plugged in to mains. House/Generator ect.

Did you find out what it was? There is a red light on the bottom edge of the control unit, if you record the number of short and long flashes it should give you a fault code
