When you attacked with Grade 2 you didn't do a drive check. That would've put the lady in your hand and might've changed things up a bit. Super awesome and detailed guide btw. I'm just now getting back into the game and even though Avantgarda may be a bit more underpowered now with all the Divinez cards out now I'm still super excited to play it outside of Dear Days. I've been coping for a new Strategy order for a while now, and the best thing I could come up with that majorly improves consistency without breaking the deck is a strategy order that activates your vanguard's "if you persona rode" effects, even if you didn't persona ride

How do you feel about Avantgarda with set 2 support? If I look at this game the Deck can still compete with Decks like Rezael. The Avantgarda player got really unlucky with all the blancs he had in his drive checks.

Avantgarda is my favorite deck rn . Would have loved for Sam to have come back and been the Brandt gate destined one so we could have gotten a divine skill Avantgarda but alas a man can dream lol

Whorst OTT Player I ever seen in my life, CEO Amaterasu attacks with 14k just having 2 cards in hand it’s skill is CONT when you perform your twin drive check it gains 4000 (basic ruling) 😂 and he doesn’t call any RG “to keep 4 cards in hand” he uses the Mokas in the worst way I’ve ever seen in my life, and he uses the cocoa to guard when she is a grade 1 Amaterasu, please don’t insult the old OTT letting this guy doing those horrible miss plays, he just doesn’t check any trigger and the goal of ott is “stack as many triggers you can with cocoa and ceo”

Love it! Cant wait for set two ... Ive been meaning to share my build online that focuses on early game for yhe shiranui meta... I still think it's very far from being the best deck but it's super fun and very good either way

No you actually don’t have to activate the OT first because Hexaorb activates when you check the trigger and both effects go on the stack. You can resolve in whichever way you want
