It looks like such fun to visit! Grape hyacinths are blooming now in Colorado, USA. I’m glad you mentioned grape hyacinth. When grape hyacinths are in bloom, the honeybees visit them most in my garden. They are so happy right now! Sometimes, they’ll snack at the regular hyacinth, but the Valerie Finnis and regular muscari are their favorite! Do you find the same in Holland?

sometimes infected tulips look so beautiful, however the action is necessary to safe the variety clean

Not an infected Tulip looks the same, that makes them so beautiful! Some breeders try to get the same flame effect in varieties, so there are now some varieties with a flame in the flower leaves.

Question also: was everyone standing in a field of Slawa (Muvota) triumph tulips, or a different variety? It was a beautiful view.

It is already such an old tradition to baptize a Tulip, and it is wonderful to do it in the middle of a flowering Tulip field

@@coloradotulips It is a Triumph tulip, but another variety. Colors on the field are always a bit different then when grown in a greenhouse
