Teaching every one especially the New cooks how to cut banana step is very important....

We will definitely keep this in mind and work on it for all our upcoming videos

Excellent. We used to cut slices ring. Every cut we circle the finger and remove the thread fiber. Then we put it in water+salt+curd or butter milk solution. So it remains white don't get black. Then cut into smallest pieces again put it in the same liquid. Once tadka is ready we remove from water and add to the pan to cook as we want. It is also good to steam it and put in thick curd tadka as Pachadi. Even we can fry like beans and add fresh coconut. Very good kidney Stone breaking naturally. Boil the ring with salt and turmeric. Then remove it. Add lime juice and bite it good fir kidney.

This is indeed the right method of preparing banana stem. Placing the cut pieces in milk or curd retains its whiteness. May God Bless you !
