Games really aren't made like this anymore... not that none are good, but the same level of creativity and unique production effort just aren't there in most cases

What bothers me about her design is that she has NO ARMOR at all except those stupid, oversized shoulder pads! And if she's a barbarian, why is she so skinny? Where's her muscle?

This song reminds me of "Don't mess with Doctor Dream" by the Thompson Twins. It really has this 80s vibe to it and it also reminds me of "The Wizard" by Paul Hardcastle. It is meant to feel like an 80s action movie after all.

Pretty sure the guitar solo at 1:11 is not Takayuki Hijikata, he did most of the guitar solos in this game but I think this one is actually by Tomoyuki Kawamura, as he worked on Sega Rally's Sound Effects, and he also did a song in Tokyo Xtreme Racer Zero called "Chaos" which sounds very much like this Guitar Solo.
