Smittybilt winches / Great BUT / IF they break there are NO Parts. I was told today that the solenoid i need, is in on a 60-90 day back order and not taking any more orders for the part. WHAT! Yea 30' of cable on the ground and NO parts. Fortunatly after tearing the front off my Truck to get to the winch solenoids, Yes you can override the solenoinds on the back side of the solenoid, by pushing in the rod. Been nice if Smittybilt shared this info with me. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Obouisly there going out of business !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Looking for a new winch................ Can you imagine pulling out cable to save your ass in the MUD middle of nowhere and the winch wont real in.

Don't waste your money on Smittybilt. My x20 gen 3 stopped working after a couple iterations. The parts are on backorder with no date available. I am a fool for buying this winch, don't be like me.
