Remove the foamy layer when it is still a liquid and you will get completely transparent jello

I appreciate the comment however it is not foam it turns a mint green color because of the sour cream and as it cools down it separates, giving you the two layers ❤

You can add the vanilla after you mix in the walnuts into the cookie dough.

Well done 👍. Eons ago, when the world was still flat (1970-71 actually) I worked at a Taco Bell. Back then ALL food was cooked at that individual location. The beans 🫘 came in dry, just as you show. The beans were soaked overnight and during the preparation we would search for rocks (since the beans are grown in the ground). We seldom found rocks, but it does happen.

Great video, going to check out the rest of your channel. Love these kinds of kitchen vids. One small piece of constructive criticism - it can be a little hard to see what you're doing with the subtitles. If you put them to the side, or framed the video so that the cooking was happening towards the top of the frame, with negative space at the bottom, they would be much clearer / easier to read. Overall, great vid and I'm going to try the recipe!

Very good. I never soak beans. I don't know when soaking beans got to be fad. No one soaked beans when I was a kid. And we ate a lot or beans..
