Pro tip. Heat butter until melted at low temperature. Take off heat and mix with sauce of choice. This prevents your butter from breaking. Giving you more of a creamy less oily texture.

Wow it’s actually worked :) I needed to leave a bit longer both times in the microwave but the result is good :) thank you 😊 P.s.: Do you have any idea why is my rice can smell funny? I’ve bought this in an Asian shop so should be a good quality. 🤔 smells a bit like plastic or something like that 😅
