He can laugh because with his money he will never have to use the NHS, so why should us peasants. I am sick of hearing about the skills of his parents. He was fortunate his parents were allowed to settle here and do so well for themselves. I used to like Rishi but now? I think he is a moron who is destroying our NHS, bringing this country to it's knees and has no respect for our war heroes. Shame on him. The sooner he is gone the better. I bet he is now regrettng bringing the election forward.

I have MS and its impossible to get an appointment at my surgery since it was bought by an American company. My pain meds were cancelled by a child who now works there. I have to go to my local chemists. The hospital keeps making appointments which are way too early in the morning to get there. As train companies will not allow the disabled to use freedom passes before 9.30 am Its a joke all down to 14 years of tory rule. There is no way on earth people want tories in charge anymore. As they will find out next month. They live in a bubble and just keep on repeating the same lies. Count biniface is standing against Sunak and I bet he will get more votes

Sickening!!... I'm a Labour voter and I do often get asked by people I know (of a different political persuasion) what difference do expect it'll make having Starmer as PM? (FFS!)....well for one, he can be trusted not to laugh in the face of the growing numbers of those who are genuinely very concerned about the way this country has been dismantled and sold-off!.....and finding that everything is being replaced by a cheaper and less effective version of what we've all spent our lives working towards!......the Tory's have turned the UK into a super-sized 'cut-price clearance centre ' (if your lucky enough to be a wealthy hedge-fund manager)..."QUICK ...GOING FAST!, EVERYTHING MUST GO"

Strangley enough, while i was debating migration with a reform voter, he provided ne evidence that Migration went up under the last labour Government. Yes there were varing factors involved, but it went up. Half those factors are in play today. Gaza, Ukraine, Afghanistan, so plenty of migration there. Ok gaza will be when the boarder reopens and they can flee, but we know where they'll be going. Yes i agree migration is too high, but if you dont process claims, they cant contribute to our economy. Labour have said they'll process the claims. Those who are allowed can get on with their lives, fill those vacancies, and those who shouldnt be here cam be sent home. But reforms idea of one in one out is just bad for our econmy. Also if we had the housing available, we'd bearly notice migration.

Nurses are replacing consultants in hospitals too. They are totally unable to provide adequate care. Especially older patients or those with complex conditions, they will be killed buy the flow chart prescribing of these nurses. I was nearly killed by a diabetic nurse 5 years ago, nearly died from walking pneumonia because over 60s were denied F2F consultations, and through drug shortages, leading to heart failure now being treated by, you guessed it, another prescribing nurse. No cardiology consultant in sight unless I turn down any treatment and wait 13 months to see "the big man". Untreated, I have been told I will die in under a year. This isnt just about GPs and lesser qualified practitioners, its aboùt millions of us denied adequate diagnosis and treatment - the expendables.

To the point. These Tory politicians are sub bar. Gone are the days of real politicians actually helping people. The Tories are all for self. Only working to better their own agenda, while the public they serve is left short changed.

Can’t you tell Zionism, has got a hold over the Tories, especially Soonout. Everything he does is a stitch up, by them, to make him, look ridiculous. The Rothschild’s, who were Zionists, got off the “Titanic”, before it set off sail, and sank. And where, did they put Soonout? Outside where the Titanic was built. Then, they had him, clinging to a piece of wood, like Leonardo DiCaprio.

Yes it is again evident that Sunak is appallingly bad at politics, should have stayed a spreadsheet wonk. To my knowledge at least is that most GP practices have been quietly brought by a group of six American medical firms, and those firms are employing GP Associates instead of real GPs; why? Because they are cheaper. We're all supposed to blame this as a legacy of the pandemic, it did happen in a similar time but it's not a magic trick that suddenly all GPs disappeared. I suppose one might rationalise that as increasing capacity but knowing that insidious privatisation on NHS services is ongoing we know the desire for ever increasing profit for providing a cheaper service will drive us in the direction where this becomes the norm with alternative. As far as I understand Labour under Starmer, they welcome the increasing involvement of the private sector in exactly the same way as Sunak. As bad as Sunak is I don't see Labour as much of an alternative. I fear the NHS is already a lost cause even under Labour.

Several months back my son felt unwell and managed to get an appointment at the surgery. He wasn't seen by a GP though and was asked if he was sure his symptoms weren't all in his head. Luckily we presented at A&E two days before he would otherwise have suffered renal failure. I hope we can consign the Tory Party to the history books at the election.
