Heck with the sound blips. This is spot-on awesome for quality. Total joy seeing and hearing Kate live on this one, with the headset mike getting the sound out to everybody. Good show!

2:24 she was the first artist who sang with a mic like this. In a documentary about hr, they said, she invented this. She should had said, i want something to sing into, without holding in my hand. And so they tried diferent things until this firwt head-mic was finished.

This is art not a music video.. pure art!! Look at this men - wearing long scirts and showing their naked bodies. This is not a Video von 2024, it is 1978. Wow - unbelievable.

Plus the reference to the Flying Squad is also slightly off key. A tad Barely noticeable I actually think she does that to make a point Ie She’s actually singing Jack Reagan would be proud. Brilliant era of British music and television.

This is 101% NOT lip syncing I know all of her work and this is not anywhere near the standard releases. I am sure many will agree with me. It’s Live
@a.karatas9533 ай бұрын
Kate never lip synced. In 70s no artists did this. This is something from the late 90s.

Regarding Rolf Harris, fair enough if KB wants to re-do the track but when the likes of Spotify become the arbiter of taste and decency we have a problem. Witness their recent removal of Patti Smith's Rock n Roll N from her Easter album. What next? Dylan's Hurricane removed for using the same word? The Stones Brown Sugar removed for referencing the slave trade?

Sad that the Dexy’s/Jocky Wilson clip and Hendrix clip were edited out, no doubt because of draconian record company stipulations. “5 seconds on Saturday Superstore? No way. Pull it. It’ll ruin us.” Killjoys. Fascinating, though, that Hendrix was a prize on a barely-teen show. My, how things have gone down the pan.
