looks amazing.. in Malaysia, almost all houses in the city area (terrace/guarded or not/condo) use door and window's grill even though the crime rates were less than America, yet it is like a mandatory to put on grills. I really hate it because it makes the house looks like prison

Greetings, great showing/presentation, thank you for posting.(Your "Hey,hello, and howdy, everyone", has grown on me). A very attractive home for the price point. I am not a fan of the open concept and find the living room to be a bit small, (but standard for open concept), and NO formal dinning room at the pricepoint gives me serious pause. The other aspects of the home, I like esp the backyard, it is def not oversized, but I like that it is fenced in. The offering for the price point would give me serious pause, in relation to resale value. Great tour, thank you for posting!!!

I noticed while looking at their plans. There plans jump almost 120k from 3100sqft then at 3400 it jumps 1/4 of the base previous base price. Makes no sense if we are calculating price per sqft, same lot size, and both are two stories.

Greetings, Great showing/presentation, thanks for posting. Very attractive home from the outside. The size of the bedrooms and the living/dinning areas give me serious pause at the asking price ( esp with no formal dinning room. My concern is retention of resale value. The overall size is more conducive with a startet home but the asking price is not!!
