Hi Kris, Tom, and Jack!! 👋 I had something similar for my dinner, but it was from The Olive Garden. I treated myself to dinner out (curbside pick up, my Aid picked up for me). I had Create Your Own Pasta Entree: Rigatoni w/ Creamy Mushroom Sauce, Broccoli, and Grilled Chicken. Opted for Minestrone Soup instead House Salad (thought it would get warm with pasta in the To Go bag), and my FREE Birthday Tiramisu (my fav dessert there). 🥰 I totally forgot how big the portions are there, and will be eating on it all weekend. Oh did I mention I also got Dozen Breadsticks too. I think they just might be my fav "appetizer" lol 😜 (My BD is on Sun which why I got my dessert for free. I'll be 47. I'm getting ever closer to 50...)

I have only been to Olive Garden one time when I went out with my daughter in laws. Not a big pasta person lol. But it was good and their breadsticks are awesome. That is good you will have lots of leftovers that is nice feels like with the prices now you got a bonus lol. Happy Birthday my friend 50 was a weird one for me but it's cool I will be 58 in November lol

Brilliant minds again! I made chicken Marsala! Whenever I get a good deal on chicken breast, I can it in pints! One pint equals about a pound of chicken, 2-3 decent-sized servings. Keeps my freezer free to preserve other things like cherries when they’re in season. Great dinner! I love it! Nice job making the gravy! 🤣 Tom butt gravy 🤣 Hee man? That looks devine. I could add some heavy cream and make a cream sauce. I'd just delete potatoes even though they are my most favorite. Chicken and mushrooms with a side of salad good to go. ❤

I’m a salt addict I think. I tend to use more salt than I should. I used to use Celtic Salt before but it was so expensive. I ended up changing to Himalayan Pink Salt. I hope I can find frozen turkey meatballs. If not I need to put some in the freezer anyway.
