1989, UB40' homecoming concert after a world tour. UB40 plays the blues. Held at Birmingham football ground with a whole range of artists. Started around lunchtime and went through till around 11pm. Best concert I've ever been to.

Amazing. The only thing I remembered from Bad Manners was Mr Bloodvessel's outrageous lip-syncing on TOTPs Lip Up Fatty. This could almost be the genesis of the theme from Bergerac, with lyrics sung better than Suggs ever managed with Madness.
