Brilliant Disguise and Darkness (especially the 17th version) were my favorites from these nights. Somehow, today, it’s now 34 years later. We lucky to be able to go to these Christic shows. Both were another level of amazing. Imagine coming off of seeing shows for Wild, Born to Run, Darkness, The River, USA, Tunnel and then arriving at this. Pretty mind boggling hearing him go solo and play just acoustic for the first time and so, so good.

An acoustic tour nine years earlier, Springsteen's 1996 "Ghost of Tom Joad" tour was pretty dark and for some fans tastes. To the relief of many fans, 2005's "Devils & Dust" Tour was much different!
