Instead of going to the cloud erp screen. Do we have any standard ESS jobs where i can select tree name as parameters and submit the flattening audit and publish of the trees in one go?

Steps to Update a Tree 1. Select the record (Note down the number) and delete it. 2. Add the record at Parent level (Not child level). Click Submit. 3. Click on Actions/Audit -to make sure that you have added the account the right way i.e. without any issues. 4. Click on Actions/Flatten - This helps in performance of the system - Do both Column and Row Flattening 5. Status - Change the status to 'Active' 6. Finally Publish the change. Only Active Trees can be 'Published'. Therefore, step no. 5 is very important.

What is meant by "Flattening"
@kcrykerrider74719 ай бұрын
It means to put the tree into a table structure, instead of a hierarchy structure. Example below Starting with the hierarchy view with accounts 101010 as an Asset account and account 202020 as a Liability Account. Hierarchy view ALL_ACCOUNT ----GL_ASSETS --------101010 ----GL_LIABILITIES --------202020 Flattened view ACCOUNT NUMBER | LEVEL_1_NODE | LEVEL_2_NODE | ACCOUNT_TREE 101010 | GL_ASSETS | ALL_ACCOUNT | ACCOUNT_TREE 202020 | GL_LIABILITIES | ALL_ACCOUNT | ACCOUNT_TREE
