10 minutes in, and no sign of any interviews with Deedar Zaman... not sure I like this.

Hello. Watched the documentary. It is really great to watch. The sound, the statements, all these kind of come together very well. Gonna cite this in a term paper, I am working on. Great work!

glad this film exists and has documented their work. But it's very badly edited and directed. The static screens with lots of texts should be explained by the interview subject themselves, or read by a host.

Its a great band .. the legacy and all. Yet these folks didnt connect with Asians in Asia .. especially Indians ... Well in an exotic sense yes . Yet not inside the Indian Favelas and the masses ...

All they had experienced was being British Asian. They were trying to challenge the political atmosphere and racism in Britain that they were personally experiencing. They were taking any opportunities they were given. Growing up British Asian you're treated as other by people back "home' in Asia and then there's the racism in the country you grow up in. Give em a break.

Seen ADF quite a few times over the past 20 years, always impressive live and one of the few strongly political bands still going. Seen them in all sorts of different venues, including the Barbican providing a soundtrack for the film La Haine - awesome. Live their rappers sound ok as well, which isn't always true of their recordings for me. Excellent documentary. Need to see them again, it's been a while.
