There's a lot to like. I don't think higher employer NI contributions will be a problem in the long term, because some countries have much higher equivalent rates, and I've never heard they're dirty because of it. Near term, I don't know, though I'm guessing it's not likely to affect emergency cleaning much. Just one scenario is, the industry raises prices, regular cleaning gets done less often as customers try to limit the expense, and prices come down as competition increases over a smaller 'pie'. In that scenario, some competitors could struggle. React might find it easier to make acquisitions on good terms (though probably not the struggling ones, unless they're good except for financial distress). Maybe that scenario won't happen because React's margins are high enough to indicate their target market isn't very price-sensitive. So, for me there's some uncertainty in the near term. Please say if you know a good reason why the NI change will or won't affect React in the near term, or why I'm wrong about the long term.

really love the attention to detail such as how they cater for solo travellers. people who just ask what is the intrinsic value of SAGA /aka what should the share price be are totally missing the point it just doesn't work like that. Saga provide a great product and with a moderate debt reduction (as Paul Scott says it is asset financed) an increase in the share price will follow.
