I’m obsessed with the probiotic cleaner - it has become my go-to for all the things!!!

Great questions - so the window cloth I do not get wet and I just hang it to dry. That cloth I only wash when it gets soiled which is very infrequent because the surface was cleaned with the envirocloth first. Regarding counter cloths - I keep using that till I’m done using it. Rinse and hang to dry over the top of the counter cloth “house”. If I spill again or need to wipe something down I grab the one that’s already wet. It can still be used over and over again before it dries. I hope that clarifies let me know if you have any other questions. Oh and I hang my cloths in general on command hooks on the inside of my cabinets.

The envirocloth lifts and removes up to 99.9% of bacteria from the surface. The silver in the cloth (aka baclock) makes it inhospitable for bacteria to grow in the cloth. Basically picture remove raw chicken juice from a counter - it all gets lifted and removed and into the cloth. Then you rinse the cloth with water, wring it out, then hang it to dry. As the cloth is drying the silver goes to work self purifying the cloth itself. The probiotic- creates enzymes that will continue to clean when anything is introduced to the surface for 3-5 days. So the cloth does not kill the probiotics I hope this makes sense.

I was definitely not trying to be deceitful by any means... I will make sure to do another video trying to scoop up with the paper towel and chemical cleaner. My experience is the paper towel doesnt lift and remove. I would be more than happy to send you free samples in the mail too so you can see how it lifts and removes without chemicals and is sustainable. I appreciate your comment I am always trying to improve my demonstrations but of course trying for yourself is really the best way to know how great it is!

That would not be something that works but the probiotics in this Biobased formula secrete enzymes that break down organic matter. You should try the probiotic hard surface cleaner - it amazing and no nasty harmful chemicals!

Great question. The ideal way to clean your windows is to get your envirocloth wet with water (wring it out) then wipe up and down in the dirty window. Then grab your dry window cloth and polish it dry. You’ll have a gleaming clean surface, no lint. Let me know if you would like to try samples of these two cloths.

Great question - our cloths have a 2 year warranty but most people have found with proper use and care it will last 5, 10, 15 years!!!

Hey Zainab - Yes you can use both sides - I have found the solid side is a bit more exfoliating so you probably want to start with the stripe. Also I highly recommend getting the cloth nice and wet with warm water and be gentle with your skin. Let me know how it goes for you!
