Really it's not, the cars, sidewalk parking and traffic are the biggest issue with Bucharest. It quickly becomes a bane. Not to mention the increased costs of food, restaurants etc… for certain things they are already at a higher cost than in Central and even Northern Europe, with very little of the infrastructure and general comfort of life.
