Please. What the students experience is akin to an asylum. The equipment is terrible and to make matters even worse the campus is on a construction site.

Facts.... They sell to you that you will be at a flashy new campus and in reality you end up on a constuction site place in hengrove with out dated equipment and no windows. The place sucks ass.

@anetaabeta about 100 people apply for this course - only 4 or 5 each instrument get in - so they only have 20-25 students per year... Beinga bit harse on legoland qual comment - ithe course is the 1st 2 yrs of degree program which u can finish off at Leeds with honours on 3rd yr as option...

This is a fantastic course at the Royal Northern College of Music - one of the oldest and most established conservatoires in the country - I would highly recommend it to anyone serious about working in music as a singer or instrumentalist.

As mush as I love Lauren Laverne to bits - I DON'T think she is in ANY position to dole out advice to aspiring bands - Keneckie were after all a bystander in the very tail end of Britpop with two poorly reviewed and recieved albums under their sleeves!
