He decided to somehow drive the wrong way up the M62 and crashed head on into a wagon. I am more concerned with the poor lorry driver. The lesson to be learnt here is DO NOT GET BEHIND THE WHEEL OF A CAR IF YOU CANNOT DRIVE. This was an act so negligent, it borders on suicide

Both sides will need to release information on the other and Musk's primary goal will be to release emails and more that show those people were negligent.
