This actually almost happened - Operation Pico. In 1977 Cuba sent MIG-21's on a mock bombing run to the Dominican Republic as a show of force following the Dominican seizure of Cuban merchant ships. Castro was outraged and wanted to show the Dominican Republic that he could hit them. The mock bombing run was successful and was to be followed up by a real bombing if the Dominican Republic didn't release the ships. They released them just as Castro was about to give the order to commence bombing. At the time, the Dominican Air-Force's main combat aircraft was still the P-51 Mustang.

have you seen the clip of him in the elevator? you can find it on a link in the description of one of his videos and you can see hald his face probably enough to track him down cause you know his home town and that hes a convicted felon and the government puts all that info out about felons
