Lol! Nothing special, I follow a pretty strict low sugar diet, walk a lot and try to exercise daily for at least 30 minutes and drink mainly coffee (with milk only) and water. 🥲

Joined when I was 23. All of Drill Sergeants were Vietnam veterans. One was 11B, the other two were FA. Senior Drill was SF, Ranger, Airborne tabs. That was his right sleeve. Had master jump wings with combat stars, and Pathfinder badge. Verifiable badass. Three purple hearts, Silver Star, Bronze Star and a partridge in a pear tree.

Ok the folds on the pants I have a question when we have them on do the folds need to be there ? What I mean is I have to feel them loose and to see the folds down or do they need to be thight on my hips and the folds open all bad..I'm a 4 on thight jeans I got a 4 and they feel thigh but the folds disappeared should I get a size up so the folds could show really marked all the way down ?
