WE were on a 8 hour layover and went to this market and had had this steak sandwich from Uncle Gus, it was the best sanwich i have ever had, the flavour was fantastic and most impressive was the bread, that was what blew me away, crunchy, not too much bread filling , sesame seeds , and full of meat and onions and chessy sauce, first class!!!!

been here twice with my parents and absolutely love the place. It's a check out every weekend kind of place because it's huge and the cars are amazing. still searching for my 1957 chevy bel air! literally across the NJ turnpike from my house and always drive the cut through. definitely recommend checking it out

Great video showing us what we are in store for. Definitely worthy of a visit. I wonder if they still decorate the block in the Pitman Grove area. I use to bring my kids there years ago.

Thank you Ultraman! Haggertys Pitman Grove still is a thing.. and a block away Pitman Uptown is really a happening spot with restaurants and two bars now! A couple years ago I stopped at Haggertys and wanted to film.. the asked me not to becayse they didnt want crazy attention due to concerns for neighbors.. but i may stop this week as I see every other media outlet has somethign online about them!

Can you walk through the display up near the blow mold tree? It's absolutely beautiful. I live in Atco/Berlin and have never been, so my family and I are going this week. I'm so excited 💚❤💚❤

No I dont think so. The entire front yard is white picket fence... and the entrance to the house is a gate that all just loooks "this is our home area"

Great catch! When I ordered my sandwich I didnt think about filming at the grill.... i went back after i ate my sandwich and asked to film one being made, didnt realize it was going to be with peppers. Maybe I shouldve clipped out the ending. doh! thanks for watching

Ok I gave Uncle Gus’s a try today, seeded roll, provo with fried onions, overall pretty tasty- rolls are very good and the steak meat reminds me of the style of Steve’s Prince of Steak, not chopped - my favorite cheesesteak is Campo’s mostly, haven’t been to Pats original in a while but they usually don’t disappoint

the one thing I wish i had said..was commets on the "chop". Geno's goes full slab, Jim's is chopped fine like ground beef... Uncle Gus sits right in the middle. i think its my preferred style. Bold statement, I am not a fan of the Jims "ground beef" style chop. I need some texture in the meat. Sorry I rambled. ha

I live about an hour away from the market. I go there a few times a year, But us locals don't go there for cheesesteaks. I wouldn't even try one!

@ took 40 minutes to get from my place to where the food trucks were for me to get out and go. Took him 30 more minutes to get home. I will never understand the hype. I’ve been telling people for weeks that there weren’t all that many deals good enough to fight that traffic.

So far.. I dont think its anything and looking for tenants. the owner is a 42freeway fan and I have an email in to him. So... there is an expansion on both ends that were approved as one project years ago. he signed on Pickleball place which needs the expansion on the left (behind Sams) so my theory is as part of the approval he is knocking out the full expansion. Well.. I hope to get an answer soon

My wife and I were on our way to the sale at Citizens Bank Park today and saw that crazy traffic, the Phillies had a 50% off everything sale too, it was absolutely jammed

@@mikelanzalotti7120 I have a 10 foot tall banner of Chase Utley that I got from the 2008 season, that I was able to buy at the holiday majestic sale. I remember they had Hamels, Howard, Rollins and utley… I was only budgeting myself for one… I think I made a solid choice ha.
