I have a lot if cool serial number notes and coins. I would like know how can i find out what my bills are worth abd how much can i sell for? Can you help sell it? I looked up on eBay but it was too confising, because prices of a same bill veried so much from a very kow to a very high price. So i couldn’t figure out which would be more accurate.

How do you identify an art piece if you can’t make out the signature

It’s the same kind of info/warning on similar pieces It says: Porcelain made in China Hand painted in Macau Not suitable for food [something] The last word is probably “uses” or “purposes” or similar

Johnny "Red" was my great, great uncle. His niece was my grand mother who was a Gottselig. I never got to meet him like so many other amazing great uncles. His story has always fascinated me and very few in my family knew about his career(s). Thank you for making this video.

So happy to see this vid pop up in my KZbin feed. I’ve been collecting Breyers for over 50 years & at one point I had nearly 900. I’ve been slowly downsizing the herd so I’m closer to 800 now. So many lovelies in this video & it’s nice to see the interviewer treating the hobby with respect.

I also think videos like this would do really well on Tiktok, so if you're not already uploading there consider starting an account.

These videos are awesome. Informative, yet calming. They remind me of CBS's "Sunday Morning" show, but for reselling. Thank you for making these, and I hope you make more!

How do you tell the difference between reproduction 1950s trend for this style, and period victorian pieces ?
@ericbradley7855
@ericbradley7855 7 ай бұрын
It takes a bit of investigation into each piece. This particular settee is often referred to as a medallion-back sofa. They were made in the Victorian period of the late 19th century and were usually sold as part of a full parlor set with matching chairs. The difference between older pieces and mid-century repros can be found in the construction and materials. Victorian-period pieces feature exposed frames made of mahogany or walnut. The floral carved crests are deep and usually show signs of inconsistency in the handiwork. Reproductions were made by Kimball Manufacturing Co. (International) in Dayton, Ohio, which specialized in "Victorian revival" pieces produced through the 1960s well into the 1980s, including medallion back settees. Although their exposed frames were made from Honduras mahogany wood from Italy, the floral crests were made from molds and lacked detailing, and the exposed frames didn't show any signs of wood grain. Also, look for Kimball's paper labels, which often remain on the bottom of the seats.

Note: This video was made in 2021, the "refine your search" option has been moved. "Search by Title Only" has been relocated. Once you search for your item, above your search results there will be a rectangle that is used to sort your results, and right beside it are 3 squares. If you select the 1st square, you can select "search by title only".

It’s nice to not have to work at the store BUT on the flip side, if you do have to work, it’s an excellent way to see what people are actually buying that you may not have thought of or to establish what sells best at what time of year.

They weren't just giving out in London and larger cities. Fairings got their name from fairs, and they were held all over the country. Not just in cities. For poorer folk they were a item to be cherished as they could not afford expensive porcelain ornaments.
