My dogs are out in the woods a lot and hunting and digging and also around puppies so I’m not sure if we should stop vaccines or not. We don’t kennel our dogs but we have 13. All live in house but roam freely on our 4-7 acres. I’ve never done lepto, and never bordatella except one time to one puppy and it spread through our house like wildfire and I’ve never done it since

Just read that lemon is toxic for cats when you spray it on them. Apparently it’s not good for their liver. Maybe ok for dogs, but leave out the lemon for cats?

I treated my cat using this human medication : Amoxicillin 250mg/5mL. It comes as a small bottle with powder that you need to mix with water according to the instructions provided with the medication. My cat was experiencing a blockage and could only pass two drops at most. He kept running back and forth between his two litter boxes, at least 10 times within 5 minutes. I gave him this Amoxicillin treatment for a week, but by the fourth day, he already seemed completely cured. In addition to the Amoxicillin, I applied one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar to the sides of his abdomen daily for a week. I didn’t dilute it because he refused to take it by syringe. However, if your pet accepts it, you can give it directly with a syringe-just one teaspoon mixed with one teaspoon of water should be enough. Also, very importantly: I completely stopped giving him kibble for 10 days! Now my cat is healed, and it’s been more than a year and a half without any recurrence of this problem. I’ve resumed giving him kibble, but no more than a small bowl per day, and I carefully monitor his water intake. If I feel he isn’t drinking enough, I give him foods like cucumbers, watermelon, or melon, which are high in water content. If he refuses those, I force-feed him a mixture of coconut water and honey using a syringe. Occasionally, I also rub a bit of apple cider vinegar on his fur to encourage him to lick it off. This issue can come back, so be cautious and avoid repeating past mistakes. The dosage is 5 to 12 mg per pound (10 to 25 mg per kilogram) per dose, administered 2 times a day for 7 days. My cat, Kuro, weighed 4.5 kg (10 lb), so the appropriate dose for him was 50 to 120 mg per dose. For Amoxicillin 250mg/5mL, 1 mL equals 50 mg. I gave Kuro 1.5 mL per dose (75 mg) , 2 times a day for 7 days and he was completely healed the 4th day. I hope this information is helpful. Please let me know if it works for your cat, and if it does, I encourage you to share this information online to help other pets and their owners. I plan to share this message on other KZbin videos about this topic as well. I still remember how devastated I felt when I discovered my cat had this issue. Watching videos of how vets treat it made me cry so much.

My cat experienced this issue almost two years ago, but I couldn’t afford a vet. After a day of research online, I discovered a medication called Amoxicillin, which is commonly used by vets to treat urinary infections. It's safe and cheap. I gave it to my cat for a week, and he recovered. I’m sharing this so that if your pet have a urinary infection, you’ll know it’s an option to consider.

I adopted a dog that was from the Southern states of the US. He was three when I got him. I found out he came from a well taken care of home. Likely he had been vaccinated up until age three. Ok.. so his intake to the big shelter in SC.. he got another FULL round of shots! Then up to NJ.. they vaccinated him FULLY again! Since I've had him (one year now) ... I will NOT give him ANY more shots the rest of his life!

I love my cats - but this makes me think of Gretta Thornburg - is this a ploy by the pet food industry to destroy the raw-food makers? One cat dying from this is one too many, but is the big food industry expanding the bird-flu scare tactics to start destroying all our natural and raw food sources? In not interested in eating za bugs...

THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!! You're backing what my vet here in east Tn and my sis[10 yr vet tech] have been saying!!! I have 2 STRICTLY indoor female cats 1 yr and 1 male [fixed] in/outdoor cat. He has been given rabies and 1 other [as kitten with follow up booster]BUT NOTHING ELSE and the girls [not fixed, hence I door only] nothing yet. I can't get to dr harris to get care BUT ALL ARE completely fine!! I will give basic only get fixed[lol] and enjoy. My cats ARE PETS not humans and will NOT be treated as such. Enjoy, love, but at the end of the day- cats.. I love them but let God care for them. I've had hundreds [ dogs cats horse sheep etc] in my life [pet sanctuary] but not once have any suffered from human stupidity.

Thank you so much! 40 drops of tea tree made a Huge difference. The vet told me to use chlorohexidine shampoo and it would work but only lasted a few days. Its been a week and my dog has no smell, no oily fur, and she is not itching.
