There is a lot of intensity of grahas in Pisces during the time of the eclipse. It would be good mediate and follow a daily routine during this time. One silver lining is that Venus and Jupiter exchange signs from Mar 29th to May 14th. Venus is also exalted. This should help mitigate the effects of Saturn and Rahu in Pisces during that time.

2025 for Pisces moon sign may not be as bad as you would expect. Saturn starts janma sani (in 1st house from Moon sign) in 2025. However, Rahu and Ketu move to the 12/6 axis, which is not bad for these grahas. Further, Rahu will have Jupiter's aspect, which helps control the negative effects of the nodes. You would also see relief when Jupiter moves to Cancer - exalted, aspecting Saturn and its own house - Pisces. The tough period would be Apr and May (because of Saturn and Rahu in Pisces).

Yogas can form in any divisional chart. However, I exclude yogas that involve house ownerships in divisional charts. Therefore, this yoga would not be considered because it requires the lord of the 9th house. I would consider Chandra Mangala yoga because it does not involve house ownerships.

Generally, signs and nakshatras represent the environment in which the grahas (the players) perform the tasks (houses). Nakshatras : Signs is like locality : city or city : state or state : country. To understand the full meaning, you need to combine the meaning of the planet with the meanings of the house the planet is placed in and the houses the planet owns, with the environment - sign and nakshatras. Instead 6/8/12 are activated and there is a focus on the 8th house, which represents loss of fame. His chart does not support Donald Trump's win.

Rahu and Ketu are mathematical points denoting the intersection of the Earth's orbit around the Sun and the Moon's orbit around the Earth. The orbits are not in the same plane. When the Moon is at these points eclipses occur. Vedic astrology included Rahu and Ketu in the 9 grahas because it is based on visual astronomy to the naked eye. Sun, Moon and the first 5 planets are visible to the naked eye. Rahu and Ketu are added because their position in the sky clearly signals eclipses.

On March 14th, Saturn is still in Aquarius. Therefore, the impact is less than that on Mar 29th. All eclipses have Rahu, Ketu, Sun, and Moon in an axis. Mercury is in the same sign as Sun 33% of the time and Venus is in the same sign about 20% of the time. The lunar eclipse on Mar 14th is interesting as well because it gets all the normal players in one axis. However, Mar 29th is additionally interesting because Saturn also joins this axis. The presence of Saturn (representing the masses) is what makes riots/protests more probable.

In most of this divisional charts, Jupiter fares better. D10 - Saturn is in a positive bhava (7th) with a strong Jupiter (Pisces - own sign). This is good for his career. D11 (I use Iyer's D11) - Saturn is in a negative bhava (8th), which is not good for earnings. D5 is normally viewed for spirituality. I have not seen it used for fame. I would assume that would be D10. You can also look at his D8 chart - Saturn is worst positioned in this chart.
