For what it's worth I trim the sides with a flush trim bit works like a charm.

I'm curious about the seam that connect the two curved pieces. Using plywood in my mind wouldn't look very good.. but I don't see how you make that seam look, well seamless.

​@@321dummy1 If it's painted, you Bondo the seams and gaps, then veneer over it for paint grade.

At 2:20 and 2:40 your assembly table seems to sink and rise. Are you controlling this with a hydraulic lift? Please let me know what you are using. Thanks.

at the cabinet shop I work at we only do 2 layers on each side. This is solid but unnecessary

Looks like bendable plywood, that he just puddied and sanded. Would've looked better with a spray glued hardwood veneer on the outside

It looks great but how do you fix it on to the wall if it has the full back? With the weight of the extractor it has to be pretty solid fixings....
