I understand it's only Plat rank and not any GM or above rank, but I am progressing up the ranks pretty quickly since this game. Unfortunately with it being Christmas time my work job is hectic! Since I work in Retail I'm almost doing 50 hours a week if not more so I don't play all that regular. I think I'm currently at like 16 hours today play time? But a lot of that was also Quick Play etc... But I'll probably hit diamond Monday. I'll be uploading 1 more video before Christmas and then I'm taking a small break to spend time with family

Okay so here's what i personally see happened, firstly its not about how much healing you do its about utility healing offers your teammates a chance for more damage. The enemy team also did this however they were also proactive in damage and CC. For example 6:35 ish your pyslock dies to a mantis then you pop ult before the enemy team go in properly. So you pop ult way too early not allowing extra time to be forced for pyslocke to return, the enemy support killed pyslocke plays like this happened a lot in this video the enemy supports unironically played better than you because they played pro-actively while you only offered healing they offered damage as well in bursts like what happened to the pyslocke so much damage that even with your massive healing output she still died right infront of you. You cant win on support by gambling that your team will do more damage than theres consistently youve got to be pro-active whether thats realising they cant dive you so you use your CC as an offensive tool or weave in damage when no ones in immediate threat to make the enemys healing job more difficult for example mantis has limited healing you tip the scales with more damage she wastes to many life orbs suddenly they cant push as easily because they arent getting as much healing anymore while you are still completely free to heal to your full potential because you are luna. You got to think a little when you play straight healing is not the way to win on support, as ML7 says its "support" not "healer" and theres many things in ur kit to help you do just that. my friend lost with 91,000k heals on luna and i told him a similar thing.

quick tip shoot once with your gun and then immediately use ult to do some quicker burst damage

I should probably specify tbh that switching from being just a venture player has changed my enjoyment for Overwatch completely. I've missed out on so much fun and stuff that is in this game by just enjoying and playing whoever and whatever, but at most Reaper is so much fun!

Read the description in the video please :) The odds are I might not quit the 1 trick venture entirely, but to bring some more fun into my life with Overwatch 2, I might take a small break from DPS and try out Support or Tank. Funny thing is both of you probly played perfectly fine. People just get tilted way too easily. This dude in particular got way too hung up on it. I get annoyed too, but I also have a thing called empathy 😅 im not always on my A game, so it would be wrong to expect that from others.

venture isnt a woman buddy

when you go underground use her dash, it comes back when youre ready to pop out so you can dash again and do extra damage. Its really strong abusing that going in and out bullying their team

I just started playing overwatch for the first time ever 2 days ago and she was the first character I used cause it peeked my interest. I been playing pretty much all other characters to get used to the game, but after this video I think I'm definitely going to main her. I learned a lot of stuff just from this video alone

Horrible gameplay

I'll give a breakdown on why I think venture might be the meta to killing tanks. 1) Her drill dash. This stops ball in his tracks, DVA can't fly away, mauga can't charge away. It also stops rein from charging. Doom Fist can't jump away, and it also hits Orisa through her Shield ability. 2) Her ultimate is underground. So as long as everyone is in front of you it's a 2 shot clean sweep. The only negative about it is Rein can block it... But sigma can't block it, DVA can't, Zarya can't, mauga can't etc. 3) there isn't many characters that can counter Venture from doing what she needs to do... Fair enough you'll come across Echo and Pharah players but if you play venture right and drill dash into the air you can get high enough to hit them in the drill dash and shoot them out of the sky as you can see in my previous videos I've showcased this many times, but despite that Pharah and echo don't really hard counter you as a venture player. They still can't hit you underground, so just play strategy against them and don't think you're a Vulture Junkrat main who can bomb into the air 24/7 to kill his hard counters 😂😂. 4) Venture hits HARD!! like... You'll see in this video I almost 1v1 a mauga and make him charge away near the beginning and at other points also. 5) Venture never hits critical hits... Ever... So no need to ever think about going for head shots, just aim for the biggest part of your enemy or aim for the legs because it's all explosive splash damage. 1 shot and 1 drill dash is enough to deal around 180 damage if you melee straight after that it's a rough 240 damage so you can kill most healers instantly and squishy DPS. The fact venture gets a shield every single time you use an ability just makes her great for engaging and disengaging in fights, using burrow to help in and out or dash in and dash out. Whichever feels better depending on the situation.

Hey bro, gameplay is nice but I recommend using a handcam or if your comfortable use a facecam and try talking more. It makes the viewers more engaged and you could talk about part of ventures kit that counters the ranks
