Really great video, but I didn't realize there are four actuators! I assume they are all the same type but will find out eventually. Recently I grabbed a pristine dashboard assembly from a local junkyard to replace my cracked one so I'm thinking that it would be a good idea to replace all of these actuators before I do the swap!

I had Cooling fan won't stop problem. I called a Ford dealership amd ak if I could come over and get my Edge 2017 inspected. They said I could come over and it would take uo to 1.5 weeks to get the problem detected. I asked if they had a loaner car. They said they had run out of those. Then I decided to google the problem, this video appeared first in the search result. I tried cleaning the relay - id didn't help. I went to the nearest autozone shop with the relay in my hand. They looked for it - no success. They asked if I wanted them to call a ford dealership for the relay. They did call the same dealership. They said they had the part and waiting for me to come over. I went to the dealership, had the new relay for $40, instantly plugged it in - success! Thanks for the video! You saved a lot of time and a ton of money for me!

On my jeep only the passenger side defrost is blowing air cuz this be the problem? All vents work on both sides expect the defrost on driver side

I have a 2008 mustang gt with the factory HIDs, same set up though, my passenger side light won’t move when I turn the screw, could it be stripped or broken? Anyway to fix it? The other side turns and you can see the circular piece turning when you turn the screw, don’t want to break it, any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

What if you have opposite problem? I have barely any defroster air blowing but dash vents blow fully??? Dash vents also only seem to blow really hot after I start driving…

Taking the passenger side seat out makes the job a whole lot easier on your back. All you need to do is disconnect the battery terminal, then disconnect the airbag sensors from under the seat and remove the four bolts using E12 star bit socket.

So paying $250 for this replacement seems wrong, correct?
