What is wrong with the concept of ‘home help’? Promotes independent living, reduces the burden on NHS/social care, potentially leads to better health outcomes and combats loneliness... need I go on?

@@BossySwan It's outdated terminology that hasn't been in use for years, and this guy is talking about protecting it. How do you protect something that doesn't exist? I'm afraid it just makes him look out of touch.
