I was a federal government food inspector so once something is fermented, it is no longer raw So you shouldn’t be saying fermented raw pork because it’s not raw pork are you crazy? Nobody can eat raw pork. It’s the fermentation and spices that kill any type of worms or bacteria that people are all worried about and that pork does carry so don’t use the words together.

You need something over the plywood to keep everything from rotting especially since all of that isn't pressure treated. You're already adding a 2x4 from one corner to the other to screw the plywood down so you might as well use the vinyl/ pvc corrugated roofing material
