Frazier could be great, but as we have all seen with Chubb, Zeus, Branson, and as we have all been reminded here recently with Yexas Baxter and Blue, it's all going to depend on Nate Frazier's health. The RB position in college football is so volatile, and injuries force great RBs to miss a year or even multiple seasons. I dont have any doubts that Nate Frazier is extremely talented. He has a burst and explosiveness to him we havent seen at UGA from a true freshman in several cycles now. Here is to just hoping he can stay healthy, and he should stand a great chance of that at UGA where Kirby and Bobo like to primarily rotate two to three guys in the backfield.

@gloryuga Oh man, brother, the Braves. It's been a constant "just what the heck is going on!?!" moment after moment this season. Seemingly everyone has hit the IL or has been uncharacteristically off all year, and then once someone comes back almost immediately someone else gets hurt. It has helped limit thir momentum all year, and I don't think I've seen anything like it, or at least nothing I care to recall that my mind has blocked out for my own sanity sake..lol

I do have concerns and have shared those openly, but he also has time to continue to develop. There are things he does well, but he needs to continue to find more consistency as a passer (based on the limited sample size I have to work off of). Time well tell.

@richardcooley7263 2 күн бұрын
How do you know @AverySwarn ? He's a QB who relies on his mobility, that isn't very conducive to good showings in practice situations where he couldn't be tackled. Also, from all the reports I've heard, Gunner had a really good second scrimmage. I'm not saying he's some great QB, but I think the UGA offense can still function at a high level with Gunner Stockton behind center. Puglisi or Rashada very well may pass him up, but let's not act like Gunner is just straight garbage. Come on Avery, put some respect on his name. Even his HS stats alone have at least earned him our respect.

With naz stackhouse something people doesnt mention much, the difference in him in '23 and '22, he was asked to be on the field waay more playing more snaps in some games than jordan davis did in an entire year, becuz Jah Jarrett wasnt ready we had to play naz at the 0 tech with Miller even feeling in at times out of position.. Naz will be fine this year if jah or Ogboko are ready to play some imo

That is 100% accurate. It was a factor. I have a lot of faith in Naz. Honestly, more faith in him than anyone on the DL. I don't think he necessarily has the highest long-term ceiling, but I don't really have any questions about him. The depth right now just scares me.

Another great show man, i agree the ceiling is undefeated, i think the floor is 10-2.. i think our offense will hover around the 40ppg mark, and our defense tho the interior dline will still be the weakness, elevated edge play from mykell, damon, jalon and them boys will be the reason why our defense will be much improved, becuz of the edges havoc rate

Right there with you! I have a lot of the same questions. The RB situation is certainly better than the alternative (which we dealt with last year), but we do have a lot of guys to keep happy. The rotation situation on D is really interesting, too. We typically do not rotate much at all in the secondary, but I have a feeling that is going to change this year. A lot of mouths to feed back there and with the portal, if guys don't play, they will leave.

1000000000% agree. The DL has been my biggest question since last October. The key to our D from 2020-2022 was dominant DL play that allowed us to defend the run with even numbers. That made it very difficult for any offense to do anything against us. That was the biggest difference last year. We were good on the DL, just not dominate, and that's why our rush D numbers plummeted. If guys step up and we get back closer to our 2022 level of play on the DL, watch out...
