Good video. Didn't know there was a connection with Texas. I always wonder how many Americans knew what "Freedom" the Texans were fighting for. (He left his wife out of the biography.)

Why do so many people believe only one man regarding our origins? That's like only believing A. Fauxi about Science, or only B. Gates about v@xxines. So why haven't sharks evolved in 450 million years? Why don't those walking fish develop legs? Why isn't the primordial ooze we supposedly came from still 'evolving'? Humans aren't changing into anything better, they're getting older and sicker all the time. And capitalism has made everything worse. Maybe you should call it "adapting" instead, because the human species is about to "evolve" itself out of existence~

This video was terrible he left out th; Black people, including both enslaved Africans and free Black people, were involved in Bacon's Rebellion as part of the coalition of white indentured servants and poor farmers who joined Nathaniel Bacon in his uprising against the Virginia colonial government. This unity lead to the creation of white people. They wealth created laws to divide the labor force and control poor whites and destroy blacks and keep the majority of people divided. The sad part is it’s still working today, and the 1% are still using this to stay in control. God help us see the light 🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿

You’re incredibly naive! Children were born the nationality of their father at the time, and children born of British citizen and subject fathers in early 1800s America and Canada, were born entirely British subjects and within sole allegiance owed to the Crown. His mother was also a British subject, but this is irrelevant as only the nationality of the father mattered at the time. And where do so many of you in get the hair-brained idea that anyone born in the U.S.A. at the time were born Americans, when this was decades before the 14th Amendment which never meant that, and even more decades before the corruption of the Constitution through the 14th Amendment that occurred in 1898? He was NOT born American at all!

Interesting we were taught the war ended November 11, 1918. When that was just the end of hostility. The treat of Versailles was included. Just not the 1919 date

I just listened to George Whitfield's sermon "Sinners in the Hands of an Angry God. It is pure fear but Christianity exists only because of guilt, shame, and fear all of which are opposite of Jesus' teachings in the gospels.

Well, this is good trivia but you are missing what is really important to teach. The United States is a Federal Republic. It is not a nation. It is a union or Federation of States. The Virginia Plan was a national plan. This initially had momentum but after week three this momentum came into resistance. Eventually, they struck the word national from the proposed new union. They maintained a Federal Union as under the Articles of Confederation and the states were still politically sovereign but they delegated greater power under the new union to the Federal Government. Originally, they were not going to enumerate the powers but because they feared consolidation of power they enumerated the powers. This is something Roger Sherman and John Rutledge wanted. Rutledge added it as he was on the Committee of Detail. He was the Chairman. There were three groups. Those that wanted monarchy, those that wanted a unitary Republic and those that wanted to maintain a Federal union but wanted to delegate more power to the center. All of them knew that destroying the states was not something the people of the states would accept. This is why in the state conventions they sold state sovereignty and strict construction in order to get it passed. The Civil War was the watershed moment for the constitution. This is when the voluntary union was converted to a union held together by force. This led to greater consolidation of power over time to where we are today. Americans drank the one nation cool aid with Francis Bellamy's Pledge of Allegiance. The textbooks in high school and college are written from a Nationalist perspective which is why you are confused.

Good video but I have to correct everybody that uses the word democratic within the context of describing the Democrat party. It is an improper way to describe the Democrat party or the Democrat ticket, etc. these are two different words with different meanings.
