I think that is my old bike. Anyway, it was a very fun bike. I could blow away just about anything on the highway with it, with just a little twist of the throttle.

The blast has a automatic choke. Running issues are more than likely having what appears to be a open exhaust still running the stock air cleaner and stock carburetor. Get a round slide carburetor and a cone air filter and it will wake up.

Did you ever sell your magna I just picked up a 85 vf700 for 200$ it's kinda dirty and probably needs some parts exchanged but it's complete wondering if I should custom it out and keep it or do the same and sell it

So many fools in the comment section seem to not get the purpose of the video. This is not him complaining. Stop making dumb excuses for the seller. This is a buyers beware for educational purpose. There is hidden damage people might not account for, there are doctored up vehicles to trick people into overpaying, etc. 🙄

crooked bastard toke the performance stuff off to mount on a new bike!!! narky united ltd. all sport bikes are presumed blown up until proven not! if you want a sport bike at salvage look at the larger motors most people either loop them or drop them.....and as stock looking as possible!

One of the best 600cc engines out there. It doesn't deteriorate much, it goes many kilometers. It's also very fast, but not a hyperbike.

Uh did you not see it was listed as mechanical damage? And the fact it was a track bike? Obviously anyone with common sense should expect heavy damage with these bikes. So I have no idea what you’re complaining about when the obvious was right in the listing itself

Being a wise ass and nitpick about a video while totally missing the point seems to be a common theme in the comment section. No, insurance companies total bikes for much less than heavy damage. They simply don't want to deal with bike repairs in general. This is about what you might miss if you don't inspect a bike.

Luckily I got one 2001 f4i600 last winter for $1750. Had 41k miles on it and very decent shape. That guy wanted to get rid off that because he needed room for the winter. Clean title and nothing nothing wrong with it. This was my best buy in my life lol. I love riding on it now. I might have to change front tire in next or following year.

A 520 and 525 chain have the same pitch ie same distance between roller pins and same roller diameter. The difference is in the width of the chain and sprockets.

Check the frame for cracks. Your frame has the extra brace underneath, but you should check it at your local Suzuki dealership. Other than that, you did a great job!
