Are the zippered rod compartment "flaps" rigid as well? Just wondering if they provide any protection for the reels when closed?

They are just made of that 600 denier fabric. So good for the elements, but not going to protect it if you drive over it with your truck lol. Happy fishing

What are the dimensions?

The width is 7", the height in the middle is 7", the height at the ends is 5", and the length is either 32" or 42". This is the 42 inch version. The weight is approximately 4 lbs. Hope that helps!

Wondering if you can fit 2 small noodle rods and reels and 2 or 3 beaver dam tip ups. Any idea if tip ups will fit in the rod area or the top main pouch? Thanks
