2x4 Frame around the entire step and pour in 2 bags of 50 pound concrete then level it with another small 2x4 piece side to side and come back the next day to take off the wood & there you go, wet the bottom concrete tho with water before pouring it & it will hold 10 years & dont forget to compress the concrete in so no air pockets are left on the sides

Depending on the mix mightve cracked if you did the rest later. Use high strength fiber concrete next time.
